Description
Sea Kelp and sky derives from the memory of a wonderful trip around the Scottish coast in our motorhome in 2024. I didn’t paint it, in Soft Pastels, on Pastelmat paper until Feb. 2025 as I felt like using colour again. I really enjoyed it and found it challenging, like every new piece. In some ways I wish I had done it bigger but the size now seems to suit it, almost like a view through the window as we travelled.
The picture is 23 cm x 34.5cm and in its frame it totals at 45 x 54.5cm
